To register for Camp, please complete the following steps.
2. Print out and have your child(ren)’s doctor complete and sign the Medical Examination Form, one form for each camper. The form is below. Please send the completed Medical Examination Form(s) to [email protected].

3. If your child(ren) is/are covered by medical insurance, please photograph the front and back of each relevant card and email to [email protected].
4. Print out and sign the Media Consent Form, a required part of camp registration – either the form must be completed, signed, and emailed to the Monastery, or the parent/guardian must contact the Monastery at [email protected] and state that he/she does not give consent as per the terms on the Media Consent Form.
