Who We AreWe are a monastic community of Orthodox Christian Nuns in the Patriarchate of Georgia, under His Grace Bishop Saba of the North American Diocese, located at Union Bridge, Maryland, near Washington, DC, and Baltimore.
Canonically established by the Holy Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II in September of 2012, the Sacred Monastery of St. Nina belongs to the North American Diocese of the Georgian Apostolic Orthodox Church under His Grace Bishop Saba, a member of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of America.
